Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread Muffins
1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Milk
5-6 Slices of Pickled Jalapeños (finely chopped)
1 Handful of Frozen Corn
1 Handful of Cheddar Cheese
Dash of Sugar
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Milk

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a medium
sized bowl and divide evenly between 6 muffins in a greased muffin tin. Bake
for 15-20 minutes.
