Homemade Meatballs
1 lb Ground Beef
3 Sweet Italian Sausage Links (casings removed)
2 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 Onion (minced)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Heat 3-4 tsp of olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Mix all of the ingredients by hand in a bowl. Form meat mixture into golf ball sized meatballs. Brown meatballs on all sides and then place skillet into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Return skillet to the stove top and add your favorite marinara sauce. Add a little water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve with your favorite choice of pasta.
