1 Green Bell Pepper, finely diced
1/2 Medium Onion, finely diced
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1-2 Tomatoes, diced
A handful of green olives, sliced
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Granulated Onion
2 tsp Caldo de Tomate
1 tsp Caldo de Pollo
1/4 Cup Water
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Granulated Onion
2 tsp Caldo de Tomate
1 tsp Caldo de Pollo
1/4 Cup Water
Cook the ground beef over medium heat until the beef is
about 1/2 cooked and only some pink remains, then add green bell pepper, onion
and garlic and cook for mixture for 2 more minutes. Add the remaining
ingredients and cook over low heat until the beef is well browned and crumbly
and the tomatoes and onions are softened and begin to combine with the other
ingredients.
In a separate pan, Cook the potatoes in the oil over medium
heat in a large pan. When the potatoes have softened and are browned, fold into
the beef mixture. (If you only want to use only one pan, this step can be done
ahead of time and the potatoes can be removed and set aside until the meat
mixture is done.)
