Homemade Ceviche
4 tilapia or an meaty white fish fillets, diced as small as
you can
Handful of raw shrimp, sliced is same sized pieces as fish.
Handful of cilantro finely sliced
1/2 medium onion very finely sliced
Juice of 10-15 limes
2 jalapeƱos, seeded and deveined, finely diced.
2 big pinches of salt
1-2 diced tomatoes
Sliced avocado (only to top when serving)

Juice of 10-15 limes

Sliced avocado (only to top when serving)
It is good to toss all of the ingredients, minus the
avocado, into a shallow dish with a top; that way majority of the fish and
shrimp will be submerged in the lime juice.
I always prepare this in the morning the day before I want
it, mix it well before I go to bed, then it is ready for the next day.
